What VISTA provides
VISTA is a beta service for generating panorama sky images and preparing downloadable Pure sky packs for the original Assetto Corsa. The service does not include the game, Content Manager, Custom Shaders Patch or Pure. Their separate terms apply. Sky images are AI-generated.
Your subscription
The Starter plan is $9.99 USD per month for 4 skies per billing period. The Pro plan is $19.99 USD per month for 10. Checkout shows the final price, any tax, and recurring billing details before payment. One sky allowance is reserved when a generation job is accepted and is restored if that job fails. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Allowances reset each billing period with no rollover; unused skies expire at the end of that period. Failed generations never count against the allowance. Your account shows your current allowance and renewal information.
Beta expectations
Image generation is variable and may not reproduce a prompt exactly. Compatibility depends on the game and mod setup. The beta may have delays, failures or changes. Report problems using the sky page or support. Do not rely on the service for time-critical delivery.
Acceptable use and your inputs
Only submit prompts and content you are authorised to use. Do not request real people, logos or copyrighted characters. Do not submit private information, unlawful content, or requests that infringe another person’s rights. Prompts may be moderated by VISTA and its generation providers. Generated content can resemble other outputs; VISTA does not promise uniqueness or exclusive rights.
Cancellation
You can manage billing and cancel future renewals from your account. The billing portal shows the effective cancellation date. Refunds and remedies are covered by the final refund policy and applicable law.
Independent service
VISTA is not affiliated with or endorsed by Kunos Simulazioni, Custom Shaders Patch or Pure.
Your rights
Nothing in these draft terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
Items to complete before launch
The legal entity and address, age and territory eligibility, licensing of outputs, retention periods, governing law, complaint handling and final liability provisions require review before these terms are used for paid sales.
