If a generation fails, a pack is not delivered, or a supported installation does not work, report it from the sky page or contact support. Include your account email, sky ID and error message so the issue can be investigated.
First-payment refund
You can request a refund within 14 days of your first subscription payment if you have not downloaded any sky. Contact support from your account email. This beta refund promise is additional to your statutory rights; it does not remove any rights you may have after a download or where content is faulty or not delivered.
Image quality
AI-generated skies can vary in composition, detail and interpretation of a prompt. If an output has a material problem, tell us what went wrong. We will review the result and the circumstances before proposing a remedy.
Subscription cancellation
Cancellation stops future renewals as shown in your billing portal. It is separate from a request to refund a payment that has already been made.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this draft policy removes or restricts applicable statutory consumer rights, including any cancellation rights or remedies for faulty or undelivered digital content or services.
Items to complete before launch
