Information involved
VISTA uses your email address to authenticate your account and communicate about the service. It stores prompts, generated sky records, installation feedback, subscription status and allowance usage to provide the beta.
Services that process information
Supabase provides sign-in, the database and private file storage. Vercel hosts the website and provides aggregate web analytics. Stripe handles payment information and subscriptions; VISTA receives customer, subscription and transaction references rather than your full card details. Resend delivers sign-in and service emails. OpenAI receives submitted prompts for a safety check. Scenario receives the prompts and generation requests to create and enhance your skies.
During the beta, the generation worker also processes jobs and keeps source-image archives on the operator’s Mac. Service providers may process information in jurisdictions outside your country; the operator must confirm the applicable transfer arrangements before launch.
On this device
The website saves your draft prompt and pending submission reference in browser local storage so they can survive sign-in, checkout or a lost connection. You can remove them by clearing this site’s browser storage. Authentication uses cookies necessary to maintain your session.
Waitlist and feedback
If you join the waitlist, your email is used for beta availability updates. Installation feedback, ratings and aggregate visits help us investigate problems and improve the service. Do not include sensitive personal information in prompts or reports.
Your requests
Contact support from your account email for access, correction or deletion requests. Applicable data protection rights remain unaffected. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve a transaction.
Items to complete before launch
The data controller’s identity and contact details, lawful bases, international transfer arrangements, retention periods, cookie details and the relevant supervisory authority must be confirmed before launch.
